We are a chartered member of the Radio communications quality council silver award scheme and have agreed to abide by the rules of the scheme, as specified by the Radio communications quality council scheme details and explanatory notes booklet, to provide a professional service to the customer.
As a member of the Radio communications Quality Council Silver Award Scheme, it is company policy to update and continually improve customer awareness programmes and to maintain cost effectiveness. Our management team maintains an independent reporting system, giving customers the confidence that the quality of service and products are measured against the known and recognised quality procedure of the Silver Award Scheme.
Customers need evidence that our quality function is being performed adequately and that our service and products meet acceptable quality standards and regard to performance, safety and reliability. As a member of the silver award scheme, to meet these objectives, an effective quality system has been installed, ensuring that all functions and activities relating to the silver award scheme are maintained and thus able to audited, satisfying both the company's and the customer's requirements.
Our quality systems and associated activities already meet the requirements for membership of the Silver award scheme and form the basis of the supply, installation and inspection of quality assured products. We fully endorse the policies, objectives and control methods of the scheme and are dedicated to meeting them. It is the responsibility of all our employees to ensure that these policies are followed at all times.
The company maintains a system of continuous improvement by monitoring the changing needs and expectations of customer, applying a system that will eliminate poor performance and customer complaint. As a final safeguard any unresolved Customer complaints can be referred ultimately to the Radio communications Quality Council for arbitration.
