Cradle Handsfree Car Kits

If you're spending a lot of time on the phone in the car then we recommend a cradle hands free kit. They are ideal for many company car drivers. A control box is hard-wired into the car's electrical system and a microphone sits in the headlining above the driver's head.

Most kits include a phone-specific cradle for charging. The cradle also allows the mobile phone to be connected to an internal or external antenna, which greatly increases the phones signal strength and reception quality. Modern antennas are very discreet and are normally placed inside the vehicle behind the rear view mirror.

Most cradle kits include an external speaker which is designed to be mounted in the passenger footwell. This can be upgraded, with the use of a radio mute lead or telemute lead allowing the conversation to play through the vehicles own speakers. Another vital accessory when considering a hard wired car kit is a non damage bracket. Brackets are vehicle specific and allow the phone cradle to be mounted in a convenient location, normally on the centre console or over an air vent, without damaging the vehicle in any way. Brackets are supplied as standard with all our cradle car kits. Cradle car kit prices start from £199 which is inclusive of a professionally installation and VAT.

We offer 3 installation levels with our cradle car kits:

Standard Installation - the car kit is installed utilising a non-damaging bracket, an antenna and audio speaker is provided with the kit.

Premium Installation - in addition to the standard options, this installation includes the supply of an audio lead that guarantees stereo mute and audio through the vehicles speakers. (Premium installations are subject to the availability of a compatible audio lead for your vehicle).

Executive Installation - this installation is similar to Premium but instead of a non-damage bracket a leather console will be used for fixing the cradle. The console will give a luxury finish.
