Installation Process Explained.


Arranging your Installation

Firstly obtain a price quotation by filling out the relevant enquiry form on our website or by calling our sales team on 0845 22 66 454 Mon - Fri. We will then detail in an email all car kit options with illustrations and costs. All you need to do next is decide on the best option that suits your needs and then simply fill out this order form. Payment details will not be prcessed or requested at this stage. Our policy is we do not request a payment until after we have installed the car kit and its to your satisfaction. All of our booking team members are highly trained professionals, they will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

  • If you have submitted the online order form a member of the Car Communications booking team will usually contact you within 3 working hours. 
  • Your contact number, vehicle details, installation address and preferred date of installation will be confirmed.
  • This will ensure the whole process from order to installation is efficient and reliable. 
  • Car Communications employ a network of independent, quality-assured installers, who can install your car kit at a location of your choice anywhere in the UK within 5 working days.

On arrival and before commencing the installation our engineer will perform a thorough check of the vehicles electrical systems and confirm the placement of the new equipment with you.

Car Communications only install to the latest MPT standards and only use experienced, qualified engineers insured to work on your vehicles.  Our engineers have to meet our strict criteria on both technical and customer-care skills. They are some of the most experienced and reliable in the industry, professionalism and punctuality are of paramount importance to us.

Post-Installation Inspection

Installation will take around 60 minutes and once completed our engineer will test your new equipment and perform a final check on the vehicles electrical systems to ensure everything is working before leaving the site.

Car Communications use a rigorous selection process only employing engineers with proven ability, professionalism and customer service skills. On completion of the installation you will be offered a full demonstration of your new equipment and our engineer will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with your kit or installation you are guaranteed a fast call out completely free of charge for the duration of the equipments warranty.

Payment

Once you are happy with the installation simply pay the engineer by cheque. Payment should be made payable to 'Car Communications Ltd' . If you have opted for a card payment method then it will be automatically prcessed by our accounts team once the installation is carried out.
