When an installation is booked the details provided relating to the vehicle and handset are crucial to ensuring the right equipment is dispatched. Please ensure the details you provide are correct and that you are available at the time and date agreed for installation.
If you are unavailable at the time or date specified or any of the details supplied are incorrect please inform Car Communications by phone or email at least 24hrs in advance excluding weekends and bank holidays. Cancellations must be communicated during business hours Monday to Friday. Where the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and date or the wrong handset or vehicle has been specified Car Communications reserve the right to charge a £45 cancellation fee. If you cancel an installation less than 24hrs in advance of a confirmed fitting date then there will be a cancellation fee of £45. If a car kit or accessory has already been dispatched there will usualy be a further £7.00 to cover the cost of postage.
There will be a delivery charge added to the quote if we have to ship any parts. This is to cover the cost of a special delivery of the kit to either yourself or it can be shipped to our engineer in the event you are not available.
