The genuine Nokia CARK-91 Handsfree Car Kit holds your phone in place while recharging the battery. The Nokia CARK-91 also provides handsfree with a separate microphone and audo through car speakers (with premium installation) giving excellent two-way (duplex) voice quality.

The Nokia CARK-91 Hands Free Car Kit has a Car Radio Mute feature which mutes the car radio during a phone call and is enabled when connected to the Car Radio Mute.

To enable the conversation to be heard through your car's stereo speakers please select a premium installation. With this option we will install a tele-mute loom with your Nokia CARK-91 Hands Free Car Kit. This also mutes the car radio during a phone call.

A mounting bracket will be supplied with the car kit to attach the cradle of the Nokia CARK-91 Hands Free Car Kit to your dashboard. This means that we won't need to drill the interior of your car to mount the cradle, so you won't have any unsightly holes in your dashboard should you ever need to have the car kit removed.

Future Enhancements and Upgrades: A bluetooth adapter Nokia Cark-11w is available to support more up to date mobile phones. If you upgrade your handset you will require this adapter to operate the handset through the cark-91. The car kit will no longer be able to charge the handset.
