VISEEO Audi MMI 2G OEM Bluetooth car kit - MO-S1

Factory Style bluetooth handsfree at a fraction of the cost. All versions utilise a "hideaway" module that integrate into existing factory navigation, radio and multifunction display in the instrument cluster. A neat way of adding Bluetooth connectivity to Audi vehicles without visible bolt-on displays and controls.

Full Integration

The hands-free can be controlled from the navigation screen, multi-funtion screen or the radio wheel button or from the multi-function steering wheel buttons. The phone menu; call lists, the phonebook and incomming calls are shown on the navigation or multi-funtion screen and on the instrument cluster FIS screen.

Control at your fingertips

The ViseeO Bluetooth handsfree kit works in conjunction with your Audi MMI screen and telephone buttons. The call lists, the phonebook and incomming calls are shown on the large screen and on the instrument FIS screen. The hands-free can be controlled from the large screen by pressing the TEL-Button and then using the MMI wheel button to scroll through the telephone menus and functions. Alternativley use the multi-function steering wheel buttons. Pressing the MODE-Button starts the menu on the FIS display in the instrument cluster.

Audi MMI 2G MO-S1 Bluetooth Car Kit

NOTE 1: After installation you may need to code the MMI system to Telephone. Please contact an Audi dealer or workshop with diagnostic software. Alternatively please purchase our Audi coding dongle at £59 (use with Audi A6 / A4 with MMI 2G system only. Our optional installation will include the coding for FREE if service is available in your vicinity.
NOTE 2: Your MMI s/w version for MMI Basic & Basic Plus must be  higher than 0420. To check press RETURN + SETUP. Then check INTERFACE C6stdNavi. For MMI High must be higher than 3450. Press SETUP/SETTINGS and check the SW Index. To update please consult your Audi dealership.
NOTE 3: The Audi MMI 2G is defined by the control buttons near the gearstick. MMI High will have the full colour screen, the MMI Basic/Plus models will have a monochrome red and sometimes green screen.
NOTE 4: If the vehicle is equipped with Factory AMI kit then the you will require the Fiscon MMi 2G 37196. ViseeO is not compatible.

GENERAL NOTE: NOT suitable for MMI 3G system usually found in 2009 onwards - refer to MMI 3G car kit. MMI 3G usually has a "Media" button rather than a "TV/AUX/CD" button on the control panel.


How do I Identify my MMI 2G Model

Audi A4, A6, Q7 and A8 - MMI Basic - The vehicle contains a red monochrome center screen. Speakers are in the front doors only. A navigation system is not present.

Audi A4, A6, Q7 and A8 - MMI Basic Plus - The vehicle contains a red monochrome center screen and a DSP amplifier. Speakers are also in the rear doors. If a CD navigation system is present it is located in the glovebox. The MMI 2G was produced until end of modelyear 2008.

Audi A6, Q7 and A8 - MMI High - The vehicle contains a colour center screen. If a DVD navigation system is present it is located in the boot. The MMI 2G was produced until end of modelyear 2008.
