"description": "Thinkware Q850 Dash Camera With Award Winning Design\nQ850 2K QuadHD 5MP Dash Cam with 32GB Storage and GPS\nDiscover the seamless fusion of design and performance with the Q850 — a driver’s perfect companion. The Q850 boasts an award-winning design, housing an upgraded 5.14MP Sony Exmor R STARVIS image sensor and a new optical lens for strikingly clear video quality. Packed with advanced features like built-in GPS, a speed camera database, and advanced parking mode, it’s the ideal companion for any driver.\nThe perfect blend of form and function, the Q850 elevates your driving experience with its advanced driver assistance system, providing warnings for potential collisions, lane departures, and alerts for red light and speed cameras. The epitome of tech for every driver, this device redefines safety and style on the road.\nThinkware Q850 Key Features\n2K 1440p QHD | Super Night Vision 2.0 | Time Lapse | Built-in Wi-Fi | Built-In Bluetooth | 125° Viewing Angle | Built-in GPS | 30fps\nSafety Camera Alert | Road Safety Warning System (LDWS, FCWS, uFCWS, FVDW) | Energy Saving Parking Recording\nG-Sensor Incident Detection | Integrated Thermal Protection | Mobile App (Android & iOS) | PC Viewer (Windows & Mac OS)\n2K QHD Video Quality\nThe Q850 excels in capturing razor-sharp 2K QHD videos at 30fps, presenting crystal-clear footage with enhanced contrast and precise colour balance. Powered by a dynamic Sony STARVIS image sensor and advanced WDR technology, every detail is recorded, ensuring exceptional clarity, whether it’s day or night.\nEnergy Saving Parking Recording\nReduce power consumption and provides longer video recording than normal parking mode. When you are away from your car for an extended period of time, energy saving parking recording is a recommended solution. When in use, the device will go to sleep and after an impact has been detected by the built-in G-sensor, it will wake up within a second and start recording for the next 20 seconds.\nSmart Parking Mode\nWhen a high temperature occurs, it switches to Low power mode, and when it enters a stable Temperature, it actively changes to the existing Recording mode.\n* Provide optimised energy saving with THINKWARE`s external battery\nSuper Night vision\nWhilst in parking mode the Thinkware camera uses advancements in lens and computing power to revolutionise night time recording with their Trademarked Super Night Vision.\nThe system uses ISP (Image Signal Processing) technology and real-time image processing to capture far greater detail at night, further protecting your vehicle whilst parked.\nPARKING SURVEILLANCE MODE\nParking mode is a feature of dash cams that are either hardwired or using the OBD2 Connector. This allows them to continue recording while your car is parked and turned off. All Thinkware dashcams continuously monitor the health of the vehicle’s battery and will shut down if it detects any issues. Please note: A hardwire or OBDII cable installation is required for Parking Mode functionality\nMotion Detection\nMonitor and capture any motion around the vehicle for potential vandalism attempts.\nImpact Detection\nMonitor any impact to the vehicle while it is parked to catch any hit-and-run driver in the act while you are away.\nTime Lapse\nCatch any potential bumps, scrapes and other incidents by recording footage from your vehicle when you are not nearby\nImportant clips and images may get deleted due to insufficient memory space during long continuous recordings especially in standard parking recording mode which requires large memory for saving 15 to 30 frames per second.\nTIME LAPSE MODE in the Q850 records 2 frames per second reducing the size of the video file. This allows video recordings in parking mode to continue up to 10 times longer than the motion detection recording.\n*Requires Hardwiring Cable and installation for Parking mode (professional installation recommended).\nDewarping Video Technology\nGet uncompromised video coverage with a 125° viewing angle that provides expansive road coverage with minimal edge-to-edge distortion, thanks to dewarping technology.\nSafety Camera Alert\nAlong with Optional GPS antenna Thinkware Dash Cam Q850 provides accurate location information while the Safety Camera Alert function is on continuous alert to warn the driver of red lights and traffic enforcement cameras. Cultivate safe driving habits with Thinkware Dash Cam.\nMultiple Recording Modes\nProtect your car when you are away. The Thinkware Q850 automatically switches to Parking Mode to monitor your parked vehicle. Thanks to video buffer, the few seconds leading to triggering events are also recorded.\nContinuous Recording Mode\nThis mode is activated automatically when you start the engine. Recorded videos are saved in one-minute segments with an auto-looping mechanism.\nIncident Recording Mode\nThe Active Impact Monitoring System will automatically store the video data ten seconds prior to and after a collision registered by the 3-axis G-Sensor.\nManual Recording Mode\nSimilar to a video camera, you can use the Manual Recording Mode to capture events that occur in front of your vehicle whether or not it is in motion.\nFail-Safe Recording\nIn the event that the power gets disconnected after an accident, the fail-safe recording uses the Super Capacitor for backup power to ensure safe storage of any recording in progress.\nThinkware Dash Cam Link\nYour smartphone and the Thinkware Q850 can be connected via the exclusive application, THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK. Check download or delete recorded images, and configure dash cam settings.\nPlay Record Videos Using Smartphone\nThe Q850’s built-in Bluetooth allows it to connect to the Dash Cam Link App, letting you easily view, download, delete or share footage directly from your smartphone.\nThinkware Dash Cam Link provides easy access to your Thinkware Dash Cam. Share the best driving videos on social media by simply downloading your dashcam footage into your smartphone’s photo album. Replay your latest driving videos and manage your dash cam’s settings all in one app.\nComprehensive Driving Data through Built-In GPS\nGPS Mapping\nWith GPS, all Thinkware dash cams can record the vehicle’s driving speed and provide its precise location and routes identification on the map. The GPS Tracker helps you to accurately assess the details of the surrounding area. The PC/Mac viewer can then provide you with the vehicle speed and the time of a collision, and the severity of any impacts.\nHigh temperature Protection System\nProtects your dashboard camera from overheating and causing potentially irreversible damage to it or its data.\nThe specially designed heat discharge construction and the built-in thermal sensor of the dash cam protects the device and its data against intense heat by automatically turning it off to prevent overheating. All Thinkware cameras use a Super Capacitor, designed with Temperature Protection, for an emergency power source in the event of a crash or sudden power loss, allowing the unit to save the last 10 seconds of an incident.\nPackage\nMain Dash Cam Unit\nMount with 3M Tape\nExtra 3M Tape\nPower Cable\nMicroSD 32GB\nAdhesive Cable Holder (3 ea)\nQuick Start Guide / Warranty Information / CS Information\nSilicagel\nCE Info\nRear View Camera with Cable (If Selected)\nSpecification\nGeneral Specification\nResolution :\nFront – 2K QHD (2560 x 1440)\nCamera :\nFront – IMX335 Sony Exmor R STARVIS\nFrame Rate : 30 fps\nViewing Angle: 125° (Diagonal)\nWeight : 107.5g (0.237 lb)\nStorage Temperature : -20°~ 70°C (-4°~ 158°F)\nOperating Temperature : -10°~ 60°C (14°~ 140°F)\nCapacity : MicroSD card 32/64/128/256GB (UHS-I)\nInput Power : DC 12/24V, Built-in Super Capacitor\nGPS : Built-in GPS Antenna",
