This cable adapts from a Fakra antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.\nSteering wheel control interface (29-CTF08)\nA steering wheel control interface is also included in this kit. It is built into a plug and play radio replacement adapter cable for an easy plug and play installation. This will retain the use of the original audio controls on the steering wheel with the new radio\nUniversal patch lead (29-CT-025)\nA universal patch lead (29-CT-025) is included too, this is used to match the steering wheel control interface with the brand of radio that's being fitted.\nSingle/Double DIN fascia (50-968)\nThis kit comes with a dark grey car radio fascia adaptor panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket single or double din car radio upgrade.\nThe fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio. The fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation. A spare pocket is supplied for fitting a single din stereo.\nPLEASE NOTE: Installation of this kit will result in the OEM display being lost\nFord lock and hazard button assembly and airbag light unit\nBelow are examples of an original Ford dashboard with the lock and hazard buttons and with and without the original airbag status light units.\nSee the image below for examples of the components fitted into a fascia.\n.\n* A stereo patch lead is required to install this adaptor, this is included in the kit",
