"description": "VW Combo Module Bluetooth and MDI - VWBT-MDI\nVW have created a very innovative kit, they have collaborated two very popular bits of kit into one module to not only help save on space but also reduce the cost, solving two problems at once.\nThe Volkswagen Interface enables you to wirelessly connect your mobile telephone through Bluetooth to enable you to make and receive calls through your radio.\nThe Volkswagen Multi-Device Interface (MDI) enables and lets you play music from your personal external device through your car’s sound system. The MDI offers a connection for MP3 players, Apple iPods and storage devices that use a USB interface just like memory sticks and portable hard disk drives. It’s easy and simple to connect a compatible device to the MDI through the use of an USB interface cable or compatible Apple iPod dock connector. The controls on your radio or radio navigation system enables you to control your Apple iPod, retrieving your music via playlists, albums, artists, favourites, genres and by track name. On USB storage devices you are able to navigate folders to search for tracks. The port also supplies a 5-volt charging current.\nOEM Operation through:\nControl of external devices through the OEM controls\nSong information and browsing on the OEM screen where supported\nNormal Bluetooth Control via Stereo and MFSW where supported\nPackage contents:\nGenuine VW Bluetooth / MDI Module\nGenuine VW MDI 30pin iPod cable\nGenuine VW Microphone\nVehicle specific Harness",
