"description": "Alpine R2-S65 Next-Generation 6-1/2\" (16.5cm) COAXIAL 2-WAY R-SERIES SPEAKERS - Peak Power: 300 Watts - RMS Power: 100 Watts\nThe Alpine R-Series speakers are tuned with an emphasis on the high- and low-end frequencies, so they deliver power while naturally producing bright, active sound. They are the perfect power and performance match for the R-Series subwoofers and amplifiers.\nThe New R-Series Speakers\nAlpine's Legendary R-Series Speakers enter the 3rd generation and are designed with innovative materials to deliver more output and sound simply amazing. You can choose between a professional and standard speaker line to fit your desired sound quality and budget.\n2-Way Coaxial Speaker\nThe R2-S65 is the 2-Way Coax model of the new 2022 R-Series speaker line-up. It features a 16,5cm door woofer as well as an integrated tweeter with up to 40kHz frequency response.\nGlass-Fibre Reinforced Cone\nThe door woofer features an all-new glass-Fibre reinforced cone. This material is very stiff and extremely light-weight, resulting in a super-fast response and highly accurate music reproduction.\nComposite Basket and Large Magnets\nThe standard models (R2-S65, R2-S65, R2-S69C and R2-S69) feature composite baskets (in comparison to the Aluminium die-cast baskets of the PRO models) – which makes them more affordable. They fit larger magnets than in previous generations (while maintaining the same mounting depth).\nHi-Res Audio Certified Hard Dome Tweeter\nThe all-new magnesium hard-dome tweeters deliver clear, detailed music reproduction and play up to 40kHz (Hi-Res Audio). The Coax-tweeters can be swivelled in their housing to point them right at the sweet-spot.\nHAMR Surround\nAlpine’s HAMR Surround (High-Amplitude Multi-Roll) allows for a maximum cone excursion, while maintaining excellent control. This results in strong bass at high volumes without distortion.\nNew Speaker Grills\nThe new speakers grills in hexagon design look very aggressive and do not increase the overall speaker installation diameter.\nFeatures\n16.5cm Door Woofer (2pcs) with Integrated Coax Hard-Dome Tweeters\nComposite Baskets (Door Woofer)\nGlass-Fibre Reinforced Cone (Door Woofer)\nIntegrated X-Over Networks\nIncluded Speaker Grills\nSpecifications\nMaximum Peak Power: 300 Watts\nMaximum RMS Power: 100 Watts\nNominal Impedance: 4 Ohm\nFrequency Response: 65Hz-40kHz\nSensitivity: 88dB SPL (1W @ 1m)\nWoofer Mounting Depth: 6,3cm\nWoofer Cutout Diameter: 13,5cm",
