An Antenna Adaptor allows you to fit a new radio in your existing car. This converts the connection to DIN. This adaptor is commonly required on VW's, Seat, Skoda's, Vauxhall Audi's and Peugeot where the original radio has an integral booster for the aerial connection and the connection is Fakra. the Blue Wire on the adaptors will need connecting to corresponding. Blue wire on the new radio which give +12V when the radio is turned on, usually labeled as "Amp Remote".
