Double DIN Car Stereo Fitting Kit (STANDARD RADIO)

Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain the use of the steering wheel audio controls in Citroen Dispatch, Peugeot Expert and Toyota ProAce (2016 Onwards) vehicles with a standard radio system.

This Complete Head Unit Fitting Kit Includes:

• Double DIN fascia adapter panel (50-976)

Antenna adapter (21-123)

This cable converts the original antenna connector in the car, known as a Fakra connector, to a standard aftermarket antenna connector, known as a DIN connector. The adapter cable has a built in module which provides a phantom power feed to the original antenna in the car. A phantom power feed is a 12v power supply that is sent up the centre wire of the antenna cable, this powers the amplifier built into the original antenna. The antenna adapter cable has a loose wire which needs to be connected to the 12v antenna power output of the new aftermarket stereo.

Steering Wheel Control Interface (49-PGA-01)

This CANbus interface will allow you to retain the audio steering wheel controls when installing an after market head unit. This interface will also allow the steering wheel controls to access the display screen menu.

The CANbus interface will also give out CAN ignition, speed pulse, reverse gear and hand brake signals. This interface needs to be used along with a 49- series patch lead to suit the make of radio being fitted. For vehicles with original fit parking sensors, add item 25-514  or use a different interface  39-PGA-PDC.

Universal SWC Patch Lead (49-025)

Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 49 series steering wheel control interfaces. Use for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony head units.

Double DIN Fascia Adapter Panel (50-976)

Replacement car audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the car to a Double DIN aftermarket version. The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio. This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation.
