Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain the use of the steering wheel controls in select Mercedes vehicles with factory fitted Command APS NTG2.5 systems and Quad-lock Connection.

Fakra to DIN antenna adapter cable (21-106)

Male Fakra to Male DIN antenna adapter cable. This cable adapts from a Farka antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.

Steering wheel control interface (39-MB-COMNTG2.5)

CANbus steering wheel control interface for Mercedes vehicles from 2008 - 2013 with original Mercedes Command APS NTG2.5 head units. This interface uses quadlock connections behind the original radio to allow the use of the original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket head-unit. It also provides CANbus outputs as well as Ignition, speed pulse, reverse gear, handbrake and illumination signals to the new stereo.

This interface comes with a universal patch lead which can be used with Alpine, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Pioneer, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, Zenec or resistive programming Head-units.

Mercedes Double DIN car audio fascia adapter (50-711)

Car radio Fascia adaptor panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket double DIN car radio upgrade. The Fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio. The Fascia adapter panel takes a 113mm high cage, this is the size of cages supplied with all major brand head unit manufactures. If a cage is needed, we sell a matching cage with part number 51-013.
