Start Stop Voltage Stabiliser

Car with Automatic engine 'Start/Stop' technology.

Plug and play voltage stabiliser on ISO power cable. Connect between radio and the ISO harness for the car.

For use when fitting an aftermarket radio in cars with automatic engine 'Start/Stop' technology.

For cars that have a drop in voltage on both ignition and permanent feeds during the engine cranking during the start/stop cycle causing the radio to turn off. This device stabilises the voltage for up to 6 seconds, allowing the engine to restart without the radio turning off.

Specifications:

• Operating input voltage 7vdc to 12vdc
• Permanent out current 5amp continuous, up to 10amp for 6 seconds
• Switched out 100mA
• Wired as follows: 
• Yellow /Red  7-12v dc Battery input , Blue 7-12v dc Ignition input, Yellow 12v output permanent, Red 12v out IGN, Black Chassis Ground

Additional Notes: 

• You may also require other accessories to fit your car stereo eg. ISO wiring harness, aerial adaptor or a stalk/steering wheel adaptor. You can substitute an ISO stereo lead for a steering wheel adapter, if one is available for your vehicle. We stock the full range of stereo fitting parts, just ask if you need help.
