Colour rear view brake light camera for Volkswagen Transporter 6 Van with tail lift Door. The unit is fitted with a 1/3” colour CMOS camera lens for a clear crisp video image. This replaces the original Brake light.
This reversing brake light camera is specially designed for the VW T6 vehicles with the tail lift rear door, Manufactured from 2016 onwards. The reversing camera includes a video extension RCA cable kit which allows easy plug and play installation. Just remove the existing brake light and replace it with the supplied brake light reversing camera, which is also equipped with a brake light. The camera is IP69K rated.

Displaying the Reverse Camera Image
You can either connect the brake light camera unit to the vehicles own radio through an optional interface module which will display the rear view image on the factory fitted radio screen. The interface will be specific to your vehicle model & radio and can be purchased as an optional extra. Please contact us for further details. You may alternatively choose from our list of universal mirror monitors. The mirror monitor option is recommended if an interface module specific to your vehicle & radio unit is not available. The mirror monitor is a budget option and can be DIY fitted, whereas the OEM interface will usually need to be fitted by an auto technician.
