Kia Carens 3rd Gen (RP) (2013-2017) Double DIN Car Stereo Upgrade Fitting Kit

Complete fitting kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain use of the original steering wheel controls in select Kia Carens 3rd Gen (RP) (2013-2017) car models with Black RDS CD/MP3 player radios.

This Head Unit Fitting Kit Includes:

• Black Double DIN car audio fascia adapter (50-922)

This fitting kit allows the fitting of an aftermarket Double DIN car stereo into the cars factory dashboard by matching the shape, style, size and colour of the original OEM factory fitted radio.  A car radio ISO lead and steering wheel control interface is also included, allowing the fitting of an aftermarket car stereo upgrade by adapting the original connector to standard aftermarket ISO connectors, as well as retaining use of the factory steering wheel audio controls. 

Steering Wheel Control Interface (29-692)

Car Audio Steering wheel interface and ISO cables allowing use of original buttons with a new aftermarket head-unit.This interface will retain the use of the steering wheel audio controls with an aftermarket head unit. Includes Phone commands for compatible Bluetooth head units.

PLEASE NOTE: Some model Kia and Hyundai cars have original fit amplifiers. If the car has the original fit amplifier it will often have ISO connectors, the amplifier is a digital switch on and will need to be bypassed. This interface is not suitable for cars with an original amplifier.

Universal Patch Lead for Steering Control Interface (29-025)

This cable plugs into the ICT control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.This item has loose wires and leads so it can be configured to suit the brand of radio being fitted.Use for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, Philips, Dynavin and non branded Chinese head units.

Black Double DIN Car Audio Fascia Adapter (50-922)

Replacement car audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the car to a Double DIN aftermarket version.The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.This fascia includes side fixing brackets so no fitting cage is required. The fascia adapter will give a flush mount and professional appearance to the installation.
